What is eFragrances.net policy on customer returns?
What is the difference between Pure Perfume, Eau de Parfum, Eau de Toilette, and Eau de Cologne?
The differences are simply a matter of the amount or concentration of oils in the fragrance. The highest concentration is in pure perfume (or parfum). Next would be Eau de Parfum, then Eau de Toilette, and finally Eau de Cologne. Some manufacturers make a solid perfume, solid perfume is as strong as a pure perfume however it is in a gel-like consistency.
Eau De Toilette and Eau De Cologne are generally interchangeable, especially in Men's fragrances. After Shave has the least amount of oils. The higher the concentration the longer your fragrance will last, and the less you need to apply.
What is the difference between a splash and a spray?
There is absolutely no difference in the fragrance. The difference is in the method of application only. However, a spray bottle, being sealed all the time, may actually have a longer shelf life. Making the decision between spray and splash is entirely a matter of personal preference.
Why do some men wear Cologne, and others prefer to wear After Shave?
After Shave Lotion will usually sting as well as help close the pores after shaving. After Shave Balm is actually soothing to the skin. After Shave Gel also soothes the skin, but cools the skin as well and relieves razor burn.
What do fragrance notes refer to?
Fragrances are comprised of many different scents, these scents are called "notes."
Top notes are very light and last just a few minutes (5-10 minutes). Middle notes become apparent in about 15 minutes after application. These can last up to an hour or more. Bottom notes are the heavier ingredients. These last the longest, usually for several hours.
How can I keep my fragrance from going bad?
Keep all fragrances in a cool, dry area, and away from windows as sunlight can unbalance the various ingredients. An opened bottle should be kept in its box to insure a longer shelf life.
My fragrance has been discontinued, how do you still have it in stock?
We stock thousands of fragrances, many of these have been discontinued. Our buyers travel the globe purchasing entire inventories of hard to find or discontinued fragrances to store in our temperature and humidity controlled warehouse.
Why do fragrances contain alcohol?
Alcohol makes the fragrance emanate from your skin. Without alcohol, you would be the only person who knew you were wearing any fragrance at all.

eFragrances.net does not have any product literature for customer use. Products come and go, and prices change with product availability. The efragrances.net website is continually updated and is a much more effective channel to purchase fragrances than a catalog. All products, shipping and pricing information can be obtained at our website.

Our product selection is frequently updated and expanded. Our product line is growing rapidly as we add more of the best designer fragrance brands.
Can eFragrances.net locate and obtain specially requested items for their customers?
You are welcome to send us your fragrance request by email or call our customer care department between the hours of 7am to 5pm Eastern Standard Time to make a special request. We will do our best to locate the requested product and notify you when it becomes available.
Once packages have left eFragrances.net's premise, who has the responsibility for product delivery?
Once merchandise has left our premises, the responsibility for safe delivery is with our carrier. On behalf of its clients, eFragrances.net will seek recourse from the carrier in the event of loss or damage and subsequently refund all missing or damaged products.
How are users notified if an item is out of stock?
If there is any problem with the order the customer is notified by email or by phone.
Do you ship internationally?
No, we currently only ship within the USA.
How long will it take before orders are processed and shipped?
Once payment has been confirmed, most ground deliveries are shipped on the same day as received or the following business day. For UPS 2nd Day and UPS Next Day orders received before 2:00 p.m. (EST) on a business day are shipped on the same day.

How are the products delivered?
We use several delivery services UPS, FedEx, DHL, or Postal Service Ground for our Standard Ground Deliveries. Orders to PO Box, HI, PR, AK are shipped via USPS. We also offer 2nd Day and Next Day shipping (not available for P.O. Boxes) all United States addresses.

Can my order be delivered on the weekend?
UPS does not deliver packages on weekends.
Will the customer's order be sent to their billing address?
All orders will be sent to the address that the customer has listed as their shipping address.
Are customers required to pay the shipping charges for items that are being returned?
Yes, the customers are required to pay for any items returned to us. We won’t reimburse shipping charges if shipping charges were you received free shipping when first ordered. If however the item received isn’t what was ordered and is a result of eFragrances.net error we will reimburse you for your shipping charges. Note: Return the item or items you purchased via Ground delivery services otherwise we will not cover the expense.

What is eFragrances.net policy on customer returns?
Orders can be returned up to 30 days after the ship date for a full refund minus shipping and gift wrap charges. If you would like to return a product from your order simply send the unopened product back to the address below in its original sealed packaging. You can expect a refund within one billing cycle of our receiving your returned product. If shipping was free for your order it will be deducted from the credit we apply to your credit card. Please note, we do not accept returns for cosmetics and skincare items due to health reasons, please make your selections carefully.
